dude....my car has been getting like 14-15...i dont think it should be that low even if i drive fast right?
air filter might be dirty or clogged, so ill check that out...
but what are other sources of low MPG?

 

low tire pressures can make for pretty bad mileage, I'd check those. poor alignment can do it too, as well as worn or fouled spark plugs. basically anything that makes your engine work harder to accomplish what you ask it to do on a day-to-day basis will affect your mileage.

 

fuel filter, plugs, air filter, tires, dirty injectors, bad fuel, city driving vs highway driving, extra weight you are carrying in your car, up hill driving. They all effect your mpg.

 

I've got my range up to 500mi before on the freeway. I average about 25ish highway in my stock 01.

 

gas mileage all depends on how you drive you can have a stock car and get 25mpg and you can get 12mpg its all on how you drive

 

Man i only wish i could get 20 mpg i got like 10mpg with 550cc injectors...
