I recently just changed my timing belt and the whole thing went smooth except for some things... Now my A/C fan (electric one) is on and runs when ever the car is on (A/C off and on, still runs, and in ACC key position). Another thing... I had a code come up, P1136, I looked it up and its (Long Term Fuel Trim Add.Fuel,Bank1 System too Lean)... Some people have had a vacuums hose go rotten but my gas needle was literally sitting on the empty mark... Could that have been the problem? 98 A4 1.8T Quattro 60,000 miles

 

It wouldn't hurt to change out the visible vac lines. On my 97 with 85000 miles a couple of them were so brittle when I changed them out today they broke into small pieces with little effort.
