I have a similar problem , (see my post).

Have a look at this website http://www.audipages.com/Tech_Articl...tordrains.html

. although it does relate to an A8, but all I could find, may be relevant.

..see the part which is titled 'Checking the Engine Compartment Drains'.

Seems childish but just spray the seals on your doors with a hose and see if anything gets wet... just a thought. Do you have a moonroof? I've heard of the water seeping in there and dripping down the A-Pillar... no sure how hard of a fix this is but im sure one of the older members has a link.... I'd recommend doing a search.. plenty of people have had this problem in the past.

What I've found works well is the following - take a sheet of fairly heavy 8.5 x 11 paper (like what you would use on a laser printer, not from a pad of writing paper), close the door on it, and see if you can pull it out without tearing it. If you can, then your seals can let in heavy rainfall, or water splashed when driving through a puddle.

yeah mine was the drain under the battery . A/C would be front flooding I can guess. the sunroof drains maybe or door seals .
get a hose pipe on it or go through a car wash checking for possible leaks maybe.
