I think that's the answer you're looking for... Unfortunately, our cars don't have VTEC, so the best way to go about this, is as follows:

Pull up next time the individual that you intend to race, rev match into a lower gear (Put the shifter into gear, with the clutch still engaged, rev the engine to accomidate the new gear) and hold the RPM steady. At this point, give the engine about 70% throttle, and when you reach 5,800RPM, go 100% throttle. This will SOMEWHAT simulate a VTEC crossover, hardly, but the person beside you will get the point (That you are a moron).

WOW ! that was harsh guys... look buddy - if u want the other guy to race you it all depends - are u in a Euro ? are u in an import JDM? or 5.0 muscle car torque monster? are u at a light, or on the freeway??? the language of asking someone to race is different
in so many different car sub-cultures.
