indeed cheese wiz cheesy! unless you are wearing protective gloves which are fire retardent because you are out driving on the track there is no point for driving gloves unless it is cold out, and then i wear leather gloves.

Driving gloves are leather ;-)

They are usually thinner than 'regular' gloves, possibly un-lined, and in the case of one pair off that onlygloves website (model number in earlier post), the leather is stitched with a natural curve to the fingers to wrap around your wheel, so you're not 'fighting' the natural position of the gloves to hold onto the wheel.

Oh sure, then I'd *really* need the gloves!!

I think I'll wait until I outgrow my new toy before mod'ing it. You know… it's fast enough for now. For me.

Ouch, that hurts! Direct hit!

Last car was 1997 Acura 2.2 CL. So actually a bigger engine, but not turbo. And it was FWD, not Quattro. This car moves, handles, and feels better in every sense of the word. No the 0-60 may not be off the hook, but when I'm doing 70 and want to pass, or want to fly through wet corners on Hwy 9, this is leaps and bounds above what I had before.

Don't **** with my happy space man… I like it here!! heheh ;-)
