I just got a new DV for my A4. The TurboXS DV has washers that go inside of it so you can mess with the tension, anyone know how many washers need to go in on a mostly stock car in order for it to run smoothly. It runs good now, but I want to hear it a little bit if possible.

You really should not ever hear your DV unless its a hybrid (or unless its broken [ie. HONK])

 

i hear it a little bit but my trttle response is better by like tenfold. the stock DV was a pain in the *** to get to but it was worth it

 

Yea you most likely wont hear it that much. For the amount of washers, you want it as soft as possible but not soft enough that it bleeds off boost
