im guessing thats the same one. normally i would say hell no. but they have a 2 year warranty. i would ask the seller what the warranty entails exactly, and search around for hottuning reviews. if they both check out, you can get em.
as a general rule tho, you get what you pay for

For that price it doesnt mean anything. All they will do is keep sending you junk and more junk. Suspesion is definetley not something you want to be cheap on, it seems simple enough to just buy a whole set of coilovers bolt them on and be done with it. That doesnt mean that they are easily designed or manufactured. leave it to the accomplished name brands. Save a few hundred more and go with Tein or something.
ALSO, You do realize that those are 200 pounds.... Thats more like 400 dollars. Plus the shipping.

i was reading on a VW forum and a guy has had them on his Golf Mk4 with no problems for 6months now. he does note the ride is a little hard but my car is bounchin all over the road so i need a hard setup
here are my .02 cents....
they are not 199$ they are 199 pounds...which I believe is roughly 300$ USD plus an aditional 30$ USD (approximately, I am not a "denominational converter")
you must also take into consideration that these coilovers are only for FWD B5's....think about it...the only reason anyone would even bother lowering a non quattro A4 is for looks....
as far as getting what you paid for, I agree for the most part....my educated guess on the matter would be that this guy has a bunch of these coilover sets and all the non quattro B5 guys aren't buyin em because they are only lowering for show, so instead of goin all out they are stickn w/ a set of lowering springs for less $...
If I had a fwd B5, I think i would give the set a try, I mean come on, how oten can you pick up a set of coilovers for this kind of money...
when you think about it, you could buy three sets of these el cheapos for the same price as a set of stasis SS's....
if you decide to go with'em keep us updated!...

and if everyone had that "its cheap, its crap" attitude, no one would be running ebay FMIC's or TP's. and yet they both work great
