500 bucks for an extra hundred horses, and all the stuff to go with it.. sounds good to me

just a chip for 1.8t is 500 and only gives you 50 horses

I'd buy that in a second.
The GIAC chip looks a little sketchy, but it's old so that's not too much of a surprise.

I'd buy it (if the price is still reasonable in 5 days), enlist a few gear head buddies for the weekend, and grab 2 cases of beer.......

Bring on the HP.

+1 Would be nice to see someone on here with a SC 2.8 If you get it you definitely gotta post pics of the install.

totally agree man... the g1 is pretty damn rare, not to mention you can hook up a fmic with that for a little more power as well (as opposed to the g2)
check out www.scaudi.com and ask them for their advice on this

chances are, they'll tell you its a great deal

yeah if its still at a reasonable price....below $600...im gonna bid/ get this bad boy. ive never seen a G1 SC so this is new to me...but like all us 2.8ers long for that G2 [sm=boohoo.gif] seems like this is the next best thing...if not better. gonna talk it over with my mechanic today and see what he says. hopefully we'll have a SC 2.8 on this forum soon

anyone from socal wanna help me put this thing on? haha

$600 is acceptable, but $800 would be worth it for the Holiday splurge.

Listen - if someone told you that you could have a whole new car.....the sleeper of all 2.8's.....for $200 more than your comfort zone - you better JUMP on it.

it is used remember that, i would get new injectors and check all the belts before installing

the charger itself looks in good condition on the outside, maybe send the guy a message and ask him a few questions and he might also be willing to end the auction early and if he is intown skip shipping
