ebrake freezing

Has anyone ran into the problem of there ebrake line freezing whenever it is below 35 degrees mine is stuck it goes away after driving for about 10 min. seeing if there is anything i can do maybe lube it up or clean the line some how.. it never gives me a problem if it is warmer then 35
