No completely different. The n75 valve is a wastegate bypass valve. It pretty much is a valve that controls movement of the wastegate actuator. The 710N is a diverter valve which reroutes air back through the intake system. I have the race N75 valve and it added 2 psi of boost and made it so it doesn't spike so much. It made the boost hold stronger and a little longer. Don't think you get 10hp out of it like ECS says, id say 2hp if you have any gains in boost. Make sure it is compatable with your year A4 if you get it

No you don't have to, its not somethin most people do. I did it b/c i was only seeing 15lbs of boost and it has been said i should spike at 18-19 so i put the ecs n75 race valve in and i know spike 18 and hold 16. The 710N DV is something most people do when they chip but i think your car already has one. Id upgrade the DV before i got the N75 race valve, i really don even think anyone else has one on this site, maybe a few others.

You have APR, they make a program to run with bigger injectors, 91 oct = 229hp/271lb-ft. Or 93 oct = 235hp/275lb. Don't run different injectors without having the right software for it, you could kiss your engine goodbye if you do.
