Search on it. The lightweight pulley isnt really recomended, it can throw off the ballance of your engine's internal moving parts or soemthing like that... Search for it. Some even experience power loss with it.... And whats so "Sweet "about 2hp?? Get a chip.

I wouldn't recommend getting it as the gains far out way the cost so its personal choice and its pushing the external add on limit but it works

If its faster reving and a lil hp your looking for, maybe look into getting a light weight flywheel. Down side is you'll sound like a cement mixer.

good info. im about to order the ecs tb kit and was trying to decide whether to order the lightweight pulley or not. didnt know if the xtra 100bones was worth it or not.

hatred?? No, I just think its stupid when people want power, and they do things that they dont even really investigate what the pros and cons are of the mod. All they hear is "an extra 2hp" and its cheap compared to a chip or anything else, so they go for it. It seems to me the cons of a lightweight crank pulley outweigh the possible pros, so its a bad idea imo.
