Edmunds or KBB for car price?
Is it just me or does Edmund seem to list the car price lower than it should be? KBB seems to be what every dealer uses to price their cars. Which website does provide the more accuarte information? And how abt NADA?
Thanks

I think autotrader magazine is probably the best way to get a proper individual-based sale price. For example, the average asking price for a 98 A4 with all options sells for 11,000 here in Seattle Wash (US), according to Autotrader. But KBB says its only about 8,500.
Dealers like KBB becaue it's been the set standard for years and they can obviously charge more based on the listed prices. If you go to a dealer that preaches KBB, they usually don't take mileage, body conditiion, or exterior condition into account. If you use KBB's online site, you can get a more accurate price.
