Im bringing in my car tommorrow for its 40k service...and since my car is no longer under the warranty....theyre charging me $550!!!!....The service includes.....Oilchange/filter...pollen and air filter...change the spark plugs...emissions check...make sure all of the lights function properly and check the suspension..and other things.....Myy question is....do i need this to be done...or do i just bring it in to have the oil changed...suspension squeak looked at and vacuum hose replaced.....is it difficult to replace the plugs and air/pollen filter?? all that stuffs easy u should just do it all ur self

 

taht stuff is extremely easy to do by yourself. its more simple than making eggs for breakfast

 

Yeah trips to the dealer after the warranty has expired make no sense. You should be able to find a euro mechanic to do this for much cheaper.

 

but shouldnt this be covered under the Certified pre-owned warranty that lasts 6yrs/100K miles????

mother f-ers.....alrite....in that case...iim just gonna bring it in for oil...cuz i have yet to master that....new vac. hose...the squeaky suspension...as for the plughs and air/pollen filter...any writeups on it?
