right now tirerack.com has em for 225$ approx. for front and rear fitment. sound good?

Not too many people can change springs because you need a spring compressor which most people have the cheap ones that are a pain to do by yourself, but you could take the whole assembly over and have the shop do just the springs rather than have them do everything, might save you a little money.
