Open the drivers door and pull off the fuse box cover. Check each fuse to see if they are blown. You may have to buy a fuse checker or a multimeter because fuses aren't always visibly blown.

i found it, its blown, i can get this fuse the 40 amp at like pep boys or auto zone ot advanced auto parts right??

Yes, pep boys will have it.

Put it in and turn on your air conditioning. If the fuse blows in a few minutes, then you need to replace the fan.

ok the 1st one blew but i replaced it with another one. Now it worked really good cold a'c but then the fan had a burning smell to it and smoking, so im guessing the fan now has to be replaced..now i didnt take out the fuse so if the fan still goes on and smoking it will just burn it self out right?

Either that, or it will set your car on fire.

If the fan is drawing that much current, it will need to be replaced.

well the fuse blew again cuz it went back to blowing hot air when in park or and the fan isnt moving.
