Soi am on the shop computer right now and me and my buddie are trying to install my borla cat-back. But we are having a god damn hard time with getting the bolts out of the downpip to cat. Any suggestions? How did u guys that have installed em do it? I really need your guys help. this **** is pissing me off. Thanks

WD-40.. lots of it...or there's a spray you can get that will take off the rust of those bolts...thats prolly why you can't get them loose

Man that was a hard one, you'll need a 12-16 inch extension and get to the bolt from under the car. If that don't work then you'll have to remove the cat too. Don't forget to get the flange gaskets.

Impact gun from underneath. The nuts on the cat are welded on so don't bother trying to turn them. You have to loosen the bolts from the bottom.

Or what I did was cut the downpipe in 2. Take one piece out the bottom then remove the cat to get the other piece out.

Yah, it was much easier for me to cut it in half and pull the cat out too.

Well, we didnt have to the time to fully go at it so i ended up connecting everything that was downpipe-back. I think i will take it into an exhaust shop and have them do the rest. It sounds amazing tho.
