You can build it best for around $17,000 without labor (I like to dream of winning the lottery). You would need everything attached to it still and an operating system for it or custom tuning.

Block work, cryotreating, and rotational assembly balancing $1500 est.
Lower end gasket and ring set $300
head studs $100
custom solid state lifter head setup must call for pricing but the stage 4 is $5100 so I would assume somewhere in between $6000-$8000
Head gasket set (all gaskets in the upper end) $300
Costs I didn't includewith the engine:
Intake manifold $1200
Exhaust header with t3 flange $1200
Gt35r $1400
fmic custom piping and mounts(to reduce cost) $800
