When i hit 25psi, my front end sort of creaks, like the axle, comes mostly from the leftside. Are breaking axles a problem with audis?? Maybe the ko4 is too much for the fwd? Oh and my clutch is crap, and it slipped no matter what i did the first couple days after i had the ko4 installed, now it doesnt ever, and i changed nothing....

Is it more like a pinging noise by chance? The first thing i thought of is detonation. When it happens youll hear it mostly on the left front side of the engine area. When it happens, the noise makes itsway up through the intake manifold and echos in the intercooler. I might be totally wrong but its just what came to mind. BTW what plugs are you using with your setup? You shouldhave changed them to ngk bkr7e since you have a k04 now. Need a cooler plug or else stock ones canget too hot and cause detonation at highboost.. If it were a bad axle or cv joint the noise/affects would be noticeable on turns and all driving situations.. Not just high boost.

They are boschs, came with the kit. And i dont think its detonation, sounds more like creaking like metal. I get a little creaking when i turn sometimes hard, so id say axle/cv joint area...

I still dont understand the clutch tho. The first couple of days, it couldnt hold anything when in gear, now its perfect... weird.

Maybe you were too hard on the clutch at first and it got glazed over and made it slip. After driving around for a while-semi conservatively it got de glazed. As for the sound, i have no idea, might be control arm bushings.
