Default Exhaust?

I have been lokking into customizing my new ride. I think that the first thing i should upgrade is the cat-back. I am a Rotary Guy from the age 15 and i know that with the N/A compared to the Turbo version the cat-back is the same. Is this true with the B5 A4's?

I know that. But i was thinking that maybe just the cat-back was the same or followed the same lines under the car.

While we're on the topic I am thinking about taking my cat out beside the fact that the CEL light would come on because of the O2 censors what could go wrong. Here in Ohio we don't have emmissons standards.

if you dont mind the cel light staring you in the face, and everybody asking about it, then there's no problem...

completely different, in the 1.8t you have (in this order) turbo, cat, downpipe. the cat bolts right to the turbo. theres your answer.
