Default exhaust problem

Ok, i have a dual exhaust, but im having some problems getting it hung right,if i hang it to high i have a rattle, but then again i dont want it sagging. Its hitting write on the top part of my muffler, ive already trim out some of the undercarrige and i have no other ideas on how to hang it high, nice and tuck in,and without getting a rattle? Any help would be REALLY nice.

Default RE: exhaust problem

Usually the fit problems are due to a left-right alignment problem. Sometimes the front end needs to be pulled to the left or right to get better clearance. Leave the rear hanger in place and work the front. It's an interesting phenomena that can't be explained here (geometry), but it usually does the trick. By the way: Rarely do you have to leave the front hanger stationary and move the rear left to right, but consider it after moving the front while the rear is left stationary.
