Default Exterior light problem

So I go to lock my car last night and notice that my whole left side (front, side and rear lights) are brighter than my whole right side. Why do you think half my car is dimmer than the other, and how can this be fixed??

Thanks in advance for any feedback!!!!

No in this case the 1 rear fog light is not a factor. And its weird cause both my rear lights have the same light coming through (but not my front and side lights).

I hate the dealership. Help Me Please!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope. Do you think getting the car plugged in will show anything. I know s**t about cars.
