Does anyone have or know the sure way of removing the factory hose clamps? I don't mean cutting them off with tin snips or a dremel. What I am asking is if there is a tool specially designed for removing the clamps.

Yes there is tools but don’t ask me where to get one.

The other way is to use a screwdriver on the notch part and false it open.
