Factory Radio Codes
its in your glove box
hopefully you still have all literature that came with the car - the bose book has a little flap on the inside of it with some numbers - thats you code - each radio is different on how you actually get the numbers into the radio -
If you don't have your radio manual then you will have to go to the dealer - pay them the fee to hook it up to a computer and then they can tell you

I know when my radio went into safe mode, people told me to check the manual, under the spare in the trunk, on the stock amp or cd changer, but none of those places worked. Luckily my neighbor was a salesman at the dealership. Brought it in, someone took my headunit out and wrote down some number on that. they then looked up the code on the computer and called me an hour later with it. If you have the correct tools to remove the radio I would try that, call the dealership and see what they can do. Im guessing they will charge you to pull it out, so you might as well save some money on that.
I guess the dealers can charge what they want to charge because it's service that they are providing. I hate dealerships.
With my last car I just took the radio out, wrote down the Serial number, took that to the dealership and they gave me the code for free. I did this twice cause being an idiot I lost the paper where I wrote it on the first time.
