Hi, new to forum and not very mechanically minded, anyway..My 2007 A4 is running fine up until I hit around 130km/hr and she just dies, and after that has no pick up at any speed. Once she's stopped and started she goes fine again until certain speed/rev's which I'm guessing is when turbo is trying to kick in. There is no CEL coming on. I have 328000km on the clock. Is the turbo just kaput!?

 

Doesn't sound like the turbo. Turbo works at all speeds depending on how hard you mash the gas peddle. If you can accelerate from a stop and feel the turbo working then that (most likely) isn't your issue. Almost sounds like a speed limiter is on your car.
