probably not.. 2005's came with a S/C.. they are pretty damn fast

does chipping the 1.8t mess with the reliability of the car when the boost is turned up? i was thinking about going with the neuspeed chip that raised it to 16 or 17 psi. i didnt want to screw with the integrity of the motor. how much more power can i expect from that upgrade?

Search. Dont get a neuspeed chip, save the extra 200 and get APR or GIAC, its def worth it. Expect 50+ hp and even more torque. Unheard of in naturally aspirated cars.

yeah not a lot of power out of that much displacement though... i mean seriously are they detuned or just weak?

umm what the heck are you talking about?? if you drive fast does your gas mileage change? then yes.. im confused
