I currently have a 2002 A4 3.0L 6speed w/ 70k and am thinking about trading it in for a 2003 A6 2.7T auto/tip w/ 50k? Should I go for it? Just wanted to hear some other opinions. thx.

pros- biturbo, newer car, bigger, much faster, chip?.

cons- $8000, heavier, automatic!, less reliable.

How about the turbos? I've read in the A6 forum that they may fail prematurely w/ a chip.

well that all depends on you how do you drive chiped or not chiped if you pound the **** out of it something has to give and on the 2.7T it happens to be the turbo's
