a few small things for a b5 A4.
Depends on what car you have, 4 or 6 cylinders? A 4 cylinder would pose a bigger problem if you wanted a true dual exhaust. If you just want the look then you can buy a new rear valance with dual cutouts. A true dual exhuast would be a pain in the ***, and expensive I would imagine.
Why do you feel you need an oil cooler? It's really not goign to help you that much unless you are really beating the car up or tracking it.

I don't think I've ever heard of a true dual for the 2.8Q.
The problem txfreerider is the anatomy of the car along the chassis. It was a design choice made out of necessity. I may be wrong, but I don't think there's enough room for a dual to fit under the belly of the car (without customizing a pipe system that would reduce ground clearance).
that was the answer that i was looking for. I really haven't been able to get the car up on a lift to take a gander and the underpinnings but im sure that if i did i could attemp to design something to fit.
Unorthodox racing comes to mind.
