Default A few vag-com tweaks

I know these have been listed here and there, but I figured I would share what I did tonight with my vag-com. Applies to an A4 B6/B7.

Added window up/down feature via remote keyfob:
Log onto block 46 - Central Convenience
Recode the module with 11900 (Original number +64)

Removed Selective locking (2 clicks to unlock all doors)
Recode the same module with 11896 (Original number - 4)

Remove nagging seatbelt chime
Log onto block 17 - instruments.
Recode with module by subtracting 2 from your current number.

Is there a way, albiet differnt #'s and whatnot, to do the window and selective unlock thing to a b5?

... I gotta add a vag-com to my shopping list... so now I'm after wheels, coil overs, and a vag-com... must get the HEX one though, and its like 400+ in canada

No I don't have an exact list or anything. I know on a 96 the remote locking probably won't respond to vagging though.

I'm still having some problems with mine also. Bought the cable off ebay and am using the free version of the software. Got a few things to work better, but I still don't have full communication. Got fed up earlier this week and took it to AutoZone to find out what the hell my CEL was trying to tell me. Audi World's VAG section Jest pointed me to had some good information that I need to try.

The procedure is the exact same for the B6 Sebass.
