Just make sure you mix enough hardener in the resin. I had to wait 2 days for it to dry! Needless to say, my car stunk for a month.

My frind and I make sub boxes and we have always wanted to make on out of fiberglass. can you get everyhting at home depot, and what would you need?

Yep everything can be found at home depot. Resin, hardener, fiberglass matting, tape, plastic.

Yes, the warmer the better. I did mine in 40 degree weather and the fiberglass takes just too long to set up.

ohhhh mannn im just gonna have to try this. back in high school i had plastics we had to make derby cars out of fiberglass and my teacher was talkin all this **** that nobody could build a better car cause he made many of them and this was the best one well i out designed him and beat him in the race. so i think i can pull this off
