I'm trying to get everything worked out before I get everything installed. Below is a list of things I ordered recently (the ATP kit will be ordered next paycheck).

GReddy FMIC
ATP GT2X Turbo Kit
ATP GT2X Turbo
ATP 3” Inlet Pipe
ATP/Mika Tuned Fuel Kit
High Flow Cat
Southbend SS OFE Clutch
ATP a-pillar turbo gauge

I just wanted to know if there is anything else that you guys can think of that I may/will need (ex. boost controller, MAF, teddy bear, etc).

I;d recommend:
VAG-COM!! (I wouldnt do this without one)
mbc
adjustable fuel pressure regulator, replace all silicone hoses, you'll need g12 coolant, and an oil change, and I'm sure theres other thing su will figure out along the way.

Vag-com: check
mbc: check, should I also get extra vacuum hose?
fpr: check
Silicon hoses: will this work?

coolant, oil, and oil filter I will get a couple days prior.

It probably does, but my atp file was written for the stock fuel pressure...ahahah...ahahahahah what a joke, that was soo rich I fouled the plugs everytime i drove it.

As far as the silicon hoses, I wouldnt get those ones because most will be replaced with the ic piping, i meant just the vac lines

Some guy on Audizine recently installed his GTRS, and had a couple minor, but annoying problems. Like, the studs for the oil feed (maybe return?) line were too shitty to use, so he tapped the holes and used some hex bolts, and the coolant line supplied was too short, etc.
Like Tom said, probably want a VAG-com and budget some extra time for anything that might not work right.
Let us know exactly how it goes, though. I have a feeling that a lot of people are waiting with cash in hand for the first good reviews to surface.
