Audi should have done better than this, to shame. Does anyone know if it is possible to buy and put that lining on a 1.8? Or will I just have to try and find a 2.8 in a junkyard and pry it off?
Oh but they did... only one thing though, you had to get a 2.8 to get the chrome. Not worth it!

got a 93 talon tsi awd that ran a 12.2, i totalled the car trying to tune my damn safc one night and now i own a 2002 wrx

Check out S4's... they have a kind of 'black chrome' around the windows. Now THAT is worth upgrading to.

i sold my first eclipse (the nt) to cover debt, the second one i totalled tuning my safc, honestly i just hate telling people that so i say i sold my dsm to cover debt (which is true, but my 1st one) lol....
good catch, but nonetheless, i have pictures of the talon all smashed up, its so depressing, the fmic is wrapped all around the motor... ill dig them out and post them up. i seriously cry everytime i see them..
and the rex, stolen... sh*t bag tranny shop, but o well, i bought it for 14,750 and got 16,400 from insurance, so that was tight.
AND THE CHROME COMMENT...
WHO THE F*CK IS MOVING AWAY FROM CHROME????? NOBODYYYYYYYYY..... all the brand new audis and bimmers and lexus's and escalades and 300's and EVERYTHING has the chrome window trim now-a-days, you need to check your source before you start claiming that "everyone is going away from chrome" because last i checked chrome is more IN than it ever has been...
