Thanks to the help of those of you who responded to my thread on the 1997 BMW M3 vs 1999 Audi A4 1.8T, I think I have decided on the A4. Press on the link i have posted to check our this 1999.5 Audi A4 1.8T and give me your opinions. Pros and cons please. I plan on doing some more mods. Thanks.

the radio appears to be from the '96-98 model. The pictures are very poor, so it is hard to see what kind of shape the car is in.I would ask the seller exactly what engine service was made.

that radio being different dosent mean anything.. i;ve noticed the factory most likely threw on whatever face lift or non facelift part they had laying around at the time of the half model build
my 99.5 has the single din radio as well, and i have also heard of some 99.5's comming with stubby mirror, older style badge placement, 98.5 tails, etc etc

Do you think I could fit staggered rims on this and would it still work with the quattro? 18x8 front 18x9 back

Yea it does sit a little high for a sport suspension, but maybe its just cause it has those 17s on there. I say its a good buy. The mileage isn't bad and you get a few extras. Those wheels could work, but the rear will probably rub a bit, unless you get spacers.
