Default finally got sum bumps in da ride.

so my buddy had this 10 in rockford fosgate HE sub and a 150/2 fosgate amp that he sold me for 20 dollars. today i went to my local circuit shitty and bought a box for 50 dollars and some rca cable and power cables fer another 40. total spent 120.00 bucks and i must say i could not be happier with the sound it produces. wow that little amp really can put some power out too it bumps hard and loud and is pushing that sub close to its limits. i will get some pics tommorow after i get it all lookn good

Nice, I wouldn't mind a little setup like that. Especially for that price.

yea at first i was going to make a box which woulda been much cheaper but after seeing the box(the perfect size and carpeted) i had to get it. the cables is what killed me. after hearing it i say it was well worth it

black -

good work on the system. that sounds like a great set up for the money.

is your VIS cf hood working out for you? Is it showing much wear from anything? did you have it painted or is it just the way it came from manufacturer?

yep!! my whole trunk rattles. the plate has been secured so its not even that.
i have 1 12 Rockford p2 and Rockford amp and that is already pushing too much air. No audio shop could fix the problem for me (all said dynamat would not help and only make the bass sound quieter from inside). If anyone has any ideas, speak up plz.

JL Audio 12' W3V2 w/ JL 250/1 Mono amp. Perfect combo and no lights dimming no matter what, also sounds amazing with stock bose speakers!
