Finally, Summer Mode is official
Very nice job on the FMIC, that is quite a difference from what it was originally. I believe that it did take you 20hrs.
Surprisingly, I really like the blacked out rings on the rear with your car being red and debadged. I never like the blacked out grills (on anyones car). Lowers look good and make a big difference in the look of the car.
Door blades look flat black. Might look better if they were glossy, but I do kind of like how they stand out a bit instead of being painted the same color as the car.
Don't want to be a jerk because it does look like you did a good job. The way the front lower grill is cut out though, just doesn't look professional. It looks like a DIY. I would think it would look better if the whole grill was gone and you perhaps remounted the fog lights with some custom bracket in the same location.
But don't get upset, I am being pretty nit-picky. I think the car looks much better. Good job man.

I know what you mean about the lower grills, all I did was remove the middle part from the stock grill and open up the side grills. If you take the whole grill out, there is a piece of red bumper underneath that is not uniform. The grill frame is designed to hide the uneven red area underneath. This is just a temporary layout, I basically re-organized a bunch of stock parts to try and improve the looks of the car. I have a Rieger front end in my shed that's waiting to go on but I just haven't had time to sit down and figure out the installation (the only instructions I have are in German). This is basically a cheap, home made temporary fix (I'm still proud of what I managed to accomplish though, this being the first time and all).
