Default finished install of ebay shifter

Actually the ebay shifter is pretty easy to install on a b6... took about an hour to do..the hardest part was to put together the ebay shifter since it comes in pieces. i hope i put it together right..lol drives fine though...definitley ALOT shorter than stock..the throw is not too bad either. for the price you can beat that.

Thats what those imitation companys do..they take a good product like b&m..then copy the sh%t outta it...looks the same and everything for 1/4 of the price...cuz i mean it cost what a few pennies to make from the factory..

I hear ya, its like Behringer in the audio world. The products look exactly the same as the high quality and even come with more wattage. Did you use a write up to do the install? Im thinking about doing this too.

the install on a b6 is not hard at all..i think the hardest part is to put the tranny linkage bolt back in..the best write up is actually a video..pretty good and accurate..first time ever taking my ss out and only took an hour..

the only thing that was different was that my ss wasnt the same..and when it comes to taking out the shifter from the ball, mine was all attached...in the video his slides out of the ball..also the videos was a push down Reverse..i didnt have to do that step..
