Default First mod on my B7

Decided I would give the magnetic license plate mod a try. I think it turned out very well. I bought the rare earth magnets from Woodcraft.

The front trim piece is held on by 6 philips screws. Once removed the grill trim pulls off.

Parts:
License plate bracket from Advance Auto Parts.
Twelve 24.5x3mm rare earth magnets.
Twelve 19x3mm rare earth magnets.
System Three Quick Cure - 5 minutes

I think it looks very good, and it gives me the option to remove the plate at any time (for pictures).

You can barely pull the thing off. Each of the large magnets are rated at 30 lbs of weight. I've got 6 of them.

None, the bank owns it. Yes I traded it in.
