Fixing Turbo Lag???

I have a stock B7 2.0T AT. When I start from a complete stop, it feels like my car is lagging a bit. I know the turbo has to spool up first, but is there any bolt on remedy to help with this? Thanks

my B5 1.8TQA does the same thing and i have the GIAC chip on the ecu and tip -- just a byproduct of the AT i'm afraid..........

its a turbo.. you will have turbo lag.. a new exhaust and/or testpipe will help tremendously with spool up..

Getting a differnt turbo will help a little. My Ko4 has a lot less than my K03 but you cant elliminate the turbo lag it will always be there.

Uhm.....I thought the K03s spooled up faster. Unless your K04 spools up faster than 1800rpms?
