I tried ordering the HID conversion kit H7 6000K from Flashplus on Ebay yesterday. I sent them like 4 or 5 email requesting them to call me or email me their customer service phone number so they could get my credit card info down. I justwanted to pay and get my stuff shipped. They respond back in Chino-English (20 hours later) once and don't even give me any phone # to contact them. I didn't want to use paypal, cause my paypal account already got fraudulent charges twice in the last 3 years, and the site said they do credit card orders. What if a ballast needs to get replaced or something? I don't want to deal with a company with $hitty customer service like that. These guys sell the good VVME brand Japanese made kit (from what i heard here it was good quality), but are impossible to contact. I gotta order from someone else, and I don't want any made in china crap brand (with no customer service). Anybody have good luck with an inexpensive $75-$100 kit, and what brand/retailer did you go through? Thanks.
Also just wanted to vent and hope no else has trouble with this ebay seller. my opinion - stay away, especially if not using paypal and you hope you never need their customer service. Also VVME won't take calls from customers, only from retailers.

 

Why not order directly from or contactvvme.com instead of flashplus? I wouldnt expect anything more than shitty customer service/20+hours to get back to me when they are an ebay storeon the other side of the planet.

I know its about $10 more for the kit, but dealing with them directly will probably be more productive.

 

And maybe vvme.com will be able to accept a credit card payment if you contact them. It's worth a shot, anyway.

Sometimes I get carried away with words and explanations and entirely miss the point of what Im trying to say like right now Im probably typing and explaining more than necessary but I just cant stop typing and it can go on and on and on and on forever like you have no idea geez wow rofl gah.

So did I, but I paid online as you probably did too. His dilema is notbeing able to pay over the phone with a credit card.

yeah, i sent vvme.com an email yesterday too, but got no reply yet from them either. plus the phone # i have (302)476-2588 says that they only take calls from retailers? anyone got a toll free customer service # for these guys? i checked the VVME.com website and Flashplus is their ebay site. maybe i should just wait till they put up another listing and re-order using paypal.

yeah, they want me to call a china phone #. This is an internationalbusiness in aglobal economy. you think they would have a 1-800? Verizon won't let me though, haha. plus it will probably cost more for the phone call than the damn kit.
Did you guys check out through paypal when you bought your kits from flashplus?
