Default FMIC and a couple other things

ok so im startin to piece together my k04-pc16 setup. so far i the list consists of forge 007, n75h, 310cc injectors, 5 bar fpr, FMIC, and the pc-16 file of course. anythin else im missing? also i haven't quite decided on the fmic yet. from what i've heard greddy is a solid way to go but spending another grand is really straining my bank account. is there a cheaper way to go that still offers good performance. i would rather wait and save money than to buy some POS ebay fmic. and one more question. the place im going to be getting the giac stuff at is in jacksonville but i have a really good connect down in ft. lauderdale where i could get all the other stuff installed for really cheap. like 75% off. the cities are like 200-300 miles apart btw. i was originally planning on getting it all done at the same time but i really dont wana spend the extra cash. but i heard that installing them at dif. points would be bad. is there a solution to this little problem of mine?

and ya i've been searching and answering my questions all night and i just lack the patience to do anymore searching at 4 in the morning so any help would be greatly appreciated.

for ur FMIC, i personaly have been looking into a forge fmic, i have heard they dont require as much hacking to the front bumber as the greddy requires lots of hacking. im still waiting on it arrival to my house, once installed i will let u know.

maybe a high flow manifold ?

I am not sure about N75, is the H or J what you need ?

if you have extra cash why dont you go 2871r elim ?

I don’t know about the PC-16 file, but the GIAC Hammer file works best with the stock N75. You may want to check with GIAC on the required components, but you may need a different MAF like the Hammer file does.

i got the n75h from badluck for real cheap but i have heard that it may cause problems with the pc16 setup. if it does i'll jus swap it back out and jus sell it.

the cars already got a k04 in it so i jus planned on getting the most out of that setup. i need the reliability of it too since its my daily driver and i heard goin BT is less reliable than a k04 setup. and i figured it was cheaper. how much did ur 2871r elim setup end up costing u?

not that it is much cheaper but I would reccommend the Racetec FMIC, rennart sells then i think they are $899.

Like everyone is saying, get in touch w/ giac to decide on everything needed (or a place that knows a lot about GIAC).

i think you will need a new maf 3in, (vr6 maf/tt maf) and check because i think (if they are similar) the pc-16 uses 376 cc injectors. I might be wrong that might only be the hammer file.

hope this helps
