its an audi.. dont ask questions.. just accept the fact that they like to make things 10 times harder, more expensive, and more useless

youl probly get like 20 horsepower or so... we put one of my friends and in combination with his blow off valve... got like 3.2 seconds off his 0-60 time

hes at like 6.7 seconds now, im impressed, he hasnt even chipped it yet!

Ok people stop the flame fest.. although its very entertaining, its somewhat "Off Topic"

Get a FMIC, and put it on the shelf, then get a BT and add it all at once.. then you will see some improvement

no flame fest here... just good conversation... =)

well i haven't seen any flaming anyways unless its like subliminal and i'm just too stupid...

but yea, i guess the best way to put it is to say it will keep you from LOSING power when the stock IC would get heat soaked, but won't feel any power gains unless u can find a way to keep boost up with the bigger IC.

technically couldn't you use an MBC in this case, since the engine is already expectiong to get say 18 psi and ur IC is only giving it 15-16? if u used an MBC to get it back up to the expected PSI then all should be fine, in theory, because the engine will once again be running on the boost it expects...

I'm all about theory.

I was not correcting myself i was quoting someone who said " an intercooler cools exhaust gases"i'm sorry for posting 3 in a rowi'm not trying to get my numbers up this is not a contest, i was just trying to get my point across.

You have three post back to back to back. all saying the same thing - one correcting yourself - and the next just adding a pic - but i guess if you feel this is the only way you will get your #'s up the go right ahead. I feel quality is better than quantity(mostly why I don't like fat chicks)
