I've heard others have done this, where you can turn on the front fog lights at any time without having the headlights on, I've searched around and have not found any thread with info (tech) on the subject. Someone point me in the right direction

 

its something called a "euro switch" i believe. my friends passat jstu got it. iono how to get one for Audi's. becuase the ones i ahve seen are turn nobbs and the audi's use levers. you could allways hotwire it ;-)

 

well, on audizine there is mod called independent fog light mod. it does what you want

 

yea, you have to cut a pin off the relay and solder two others together or something

 

I've seen that and it was about the brake lights and rear fogs
I was thinking something like that or just a euroswitch, I know the mustang have a 2 pin wire switch that does it, I hope it's as easy as that, does anyone know where I can get wiring diagrams for the 96-01's?

If its just a VAG code how does it work?
My fogs wont come on unless I go down to manual lights on, then pull the **** out.
