I never said it couldnt, i said it wasnt designed or recomended by forge to be run that way. If you really want to hear it more, take off the air box and drill holes in the box and you will hear it more. Cost $0 and doesnt go against forge

sorry for the repeat, and today i put in an open air filter and built myself a heat shield and i have the 007 and it sound like a BOV, even just standing revs it sounds.

 

Even just replacing the stock filter with a K&N drop-in will let you hear it pretty good. Just enough but not too ricer-ish.
