Found out what was wrong with CAI install
For those who followed the previous thread. I had installed the Carbonio intake myself then drove for 10 minutes to have my car die. Well like a retard I just kinda threw it in there and I forgot to tie down some wires. The metal box on the intake was so hot that it melted 3 of the sensor wires together. Good thing im a cop and not a mechanic

The instructions were not nearly as detailed as I thought. some steps were very clear and the step where you put the box in and fit everything around it has no pictures at all. Still it was my fault, the shop installed it right for me so F it.
Ahhhhh memories. Doughnuts, pizza, and freezing our butts off in the winter weather during a BT install.... There is nothing like it.
By the way.. You guys should figure out a way to rig up a CPU heat sink on your ICM's if youre not using the stock air box. The ICM on the stock aribox is bolted to a heat sink that air flows by on the inside of the air box. Im sure it was built that way for a reason?
