Default frame or no frame?

i've always had plain black license plate frames on all my cars, but now i'm starting to think the frameless look is better (i had to take mine off because i couldn't stop it from rattling with my new sub)...which do you guys prefer?

i think the stamped "audi" one would be cool. Not too much a fan od stupdi stuff on them, but the make isnt bad. I prefer a solid black one to none though.

I have a brushed aluminum "AUDI" stamped. Why not get a novelty frame? I saw this one that said, "If you can read this, you are too close". Man, was that funny!

The Audi ones are nice, but only in brushed aluminum. The chrome ones look too balla. I actually wanna get the one that says "Quattro" in brushed aluminum.
