when i want to launch my car, i have no take the traction control off, i mean i have to to lauch it. but what i have been noticing is that with the traction control off, the front right wheel spins more then the left. i just got them rotated, but damn, it ate away that left tire. the other 3 are in good shape but not the other chewed up one. now, i wanna be able to lauch it when i get my tires but i dont wanna eat that right one up. what can i do? this is serious to me

 

Frontwheel drive audis dont have a posi where both tires turn equal 50-50 your stuck with what you got. Quit launching before you blow your driveaxles lol.

and u know there is no way of launching with the esp on.

 

What about a limited slip diff? I don't really know frontrak, but isn't that what you FWD people do for better launches?

 

An LSD is fine in the city but if you even think of snow/ice you'll wish you never got the damn thing.. Your front will slide side to side very easy. However it will fix your problem for under 1K if they make them for audi front trac.

 

Shoulda bought a QUATTRO, sucks that there arnt that many options out there for you guys, maybe an electric locker..... that way its locked when ya want it but open when ya dont, but i dont think they even make those of audi
