I have a 1999 Audi A4 quattro 1.8L. I replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel regulator and I still do not have fuel pressure in the line. I hear the fuel pump turn on for a few seconds when the ignition is turned on. Would a fuel relay prevent fuel pressure and the car from starting? Any advise would be greatful. I am testing the fuel line prior to the fuel regulator.
