I have an 02 quattro 3.0. A few days ago I filled up the tank but the fuel gauge did not move. It stayed on 1/4 of a tank. The gauge is actually working because it has gone down below empty. Is this something anyone has ever heard of? Is the sensor broken or stuck? NEED HELP before I run out of gas!!

 

Just had a similar problem - the dealer replaced 2 fuel sending units. If the car is NOT under warranty take it somewhere else - before they realized I had AUDI Certified they wanted to charge me approx. 1000$...
