I recently purchased a used 2012 A4 Quattro. Premium Plus, Navigation, and the upgrade wheels are among the options. One thing that didn't make it to me was the AMI cable to connect my iPhone. I gave the local dealership a call for pricing and she wasn't sure which cable I needed, but one cost $100 and the other $150. Ouch.

It looks like there are plenty of aftermarket cables available in a range of prices. I gather many only provide charge, and not full streaming compatability. Are there any aftermarket cables known to be fully compatible?

I don't expect to use the cable much, so $100-150 seems a bit extreme. If I can get something in the $25 range it would be nice to have just for completeness.
