do you know where i can get a new gas cap besides dealer, ill go there if i have to but would rather use an alternative

Why? Dealer its like 22 bucks. I use to own a 96, just go to dealer.

Go to the local auto parts store and you can find one for less than 10 bucks. Never go to the dealer. They are evil and will steal your money. I got one at the auto parts store and it was 5 bucks.
