don't use regular! MINIMUM should be 91, if you can get higher, i'd say go for it. i can only get 91 where i am...unless i want to pay 4.50/gal for 100 octane...

You are in California, we are in NJ. Gas grades are 87/89/93

We have 87, 98, 91, 93 and (~100) race gas at Sunoco

apg, you can get 100 octane down there if you want to pay stupid money for it. but it's available at a few 76 stations.

is there any use for 100 octane? And now shell (at least in california) now has "Vpower" in there premium gas so it should be ok to put it in ur car maybe even better.

shell and techron both have more additives than 76 i believe. 76 runs the cleanest imo. chevron's techron is supposed to do be a pretty good cleaning additive. shell has some emissions additives which are good if you're a tree hugger, but bad if you love your car.

awesome i found a sunoco by my place, from what i'm hearing, that's what a lot of people use. we get 93 on the east coast and i think the west coast maxes at 91.
